A Rough Thanksgiving for New York...

Daniel Jones is a Viking🟣 Knicks on a hot streak🥵 Jets continue to find losses in wins🤡

While we hope all of you had a very happy Thanksgiving, our beloved New York football clubs certainly did not.

Giants Defensive Lineman Dexter Lawrence

The Giants gave the Cowboys their first home win this season in their 27-20 loss on Thanksgiving afternoon. Drew Lock got the start in this one with Tommy DeVito sitting out with a forearm injury. The Giants started well with a 70-yard touchdown drive ending in a Tyrone Tracy touchdown and held the Cowboys out of the endzone on their first two drives. After halftime, however, it all began to unravel. The offense was stalled with Lock getting sacked 6 times and the defense began to faulter letting in two key Cowboys touchdowns. After leading the NFL for the majority of the season, the Giants failed to record a sack for the second consecutive game and for the third time in their last four outings. Two-time Pro Bowler Dexter Lawrence went down in the third quarter with an elbow injury and is likely going to miss the rest of the season. All in all, any bright spot the Giants could possibly have has been snuffed out. With Daniel Jones in Minnesota and Daboll and Schoen on the hot seat, who knows what’s next for this disasterclass of a football season.

it’s time to retire, old man

It’s getting genuinely tiring. I don’t understand how the Jets continue to find a way to lose every game. The Jets offense came out red hot with 2 reception touchdowns giving them a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. But then, the Jets realized they are the Jets. The Seattle defense held the Jets scoreless through nearly three quarters and the Geno Smith led offense chipped away to give the Seahawks a 26-21 victory. Mistakes were obviously plentiful. The Jets defense extended Seattle's game-winning drive with 4 penalties and Aaron Rodgers threw a pick-six that was returned 92 yards. Rumors of Aaron Rodgers being shut down for the season are starting to swirl and it seems increasingly unlikely he will not be the Jets QB in 2025. It’s honestly funny at this point the high expectations we had going into this season. We were tricked into thinking this team could make the Super Bowl let alone have a winning season!

1. JALEN BRUNSON FOR NYC MAYOR 🗽

BREAKING NEWS: Support is growing amongst New Yorkers to elect Jalen Brunson for NYC Mayor. Click on the picture to see us go around and ask New Yorkers if they would support the new, thriving campaign.

2. Giants First Team Eliminate From Playoffs

Coach Daboll upset at press conference.

The New York Giants' struggles continue, marked by their seventh consecutive loss, this time against the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving. The team appears fully committed to a rebuilding phase, especially following the announcement that star defensive lineman Dexter Lawrence will miss the remainder of the season due to an elbow dislocation. Currently holding the #3 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Giants are widely expected to target a quarterback, with Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders emerging as potential options.

3. The New York Jets are ALLERGIC to WINNING!!

As you see in the photo, the Jets are now on their ninth consecutive losing season… I mean, what can I even say? This organization has been down in the dumps for decades, and they still can’t seem to figure it out. This whole franchise is an absolute disaster with major holes in multiple different areas, and with Rodgers likely out the door next season, the Jets will have to start looking through some quarterbacks in free agency or in the 2025 draft to fill in the gap. All in all, the Jets are CURSED.

4. The Knicks are in a groove!

The Knicks beat the Orlando Magic to advance the NBA Cup.

The Knicks, after a slow start to the season, are beginning to find their rhythm and build chemistry. Currently on a three-game winning streak, their offense looks much more fluid, creating open looks and dominating in the paint. With Mitchell Robinson and Precious Achiuwa nearing their return, improvements in interior defense and offensive rebounding are inevitable. While this team is still learning to mesh with its new additions and will likely face growing pains, I expect them to pick up the pace significantly as the season progresses.

5. Mikal Bridges Finally Pops Off

Oh yeah, it’s all coming together…

As doubts started to rise and hate from Nets fans seemed to grow, Mikal Bridges finally had an outing worthy of his four first-round pick trade value. He currently leads the league in corner threes and is starting to perform much better on defense.

NEW YORK JOCK EXCHANGE 📈📉

RISERS: Karl-Anthony Towns and Jalen Brunson are the best center and point guard in the East, respectively. Jalen Brunson is coming off a stellar week where he earned Eastern Conference Player of the Week. KAT has not waivered under the New York pressure and has come into his own as one of the best scorers in the league. Mikal had a great game against the Pelicans and is starting to fit his 3 and D role quite well. Will Mcdonald had 2 sacks on Sunday for the Jets and now has 10 on the season. Cam Johnson has a good stretch of games despite the Nets losses and has increased his value, particularly in a potential trade, giving the Nets more to work with in the rebuilding season.

LOSERS: Brian Daboll’s seat is burning hot as the Giants drop their 7th straight to the extremely subpar Cowboys. If anyone is going to get fired this offseason Daboll will be the first to go. Essentially all of the Rangers top veteran players have been playing poorly but Trouba and Kreider have been standouts. The Rangers put out a statement to the league that they are willing to trade essentially anyone who isn’t Igor or Panarin, so don’t be surprised if one of these guys are gone soon. Gleyber Torres is reportedly not expected to return to the Yankees in 2025. Tommy Devito has lost the starting job to Drew Lock amid his forearm injury.
